It’s zucchini season…you know what I mean. The plants are producing more than you can possibly eat so you get creative and put zucchini in EVERYTHING. A personal favorite of mine growing up was my mama’s homemade zucchini bread. Hot and fresh out of the oven with a nice slather of butter on top. Ohhhh yum. 🙂
